This is best isekai webtoon I read for real, I can't believe how many times I got chills because of the 4th wall breaks, I felt like it was watching me and knowing exactly what I wanted as a reader.
In the end where they said, the readers would want a happy ending where everyone is happy, not just random rom-com ending. That scene was sooo perfectly executed with all the eyes staring (that was freaking creepy fr)...
The way this story fooled me and persuaded me so many times to believe something fake. Like I thought everything was over in chapter 99, I just couldn't believe Jeha would actually get his memory back. I got chills when se-eun just looked up at the 'readers' because things wouldn't go the she wants it to...even if she's a devil, she remains a powerless webtoon character inside the story she herself resides in...just as if that's what the readers want her to be...
That aside, I really reallyyy loved the rom-com between Rina and Minwoo. They're sooo cute. When Rina said 'fate is something you obey and destiny is something you disobey', I thought the same. She's one of my favourite characters. I never would've thought se-eun was the devil actually...I was pretty suspicious of hana but hana turned out to be kind characters who just felt guilty because she couldn't save her friend in her previous life. Jihyeon and Mihui were one of my favourite characters as well. Jihyeon was such a nice and self sacrificial character from the beginning to the end. I wish she would care more about herself too and Mihui was such a cutie-pie from the beginning till the end. How can someone be cute and kind. I love her sooo much. I felt pretty sad for seyeong when she died but I liked that she was given another chance as a main character in her own story. She deserves to have a happy ending too. Yeri pyon, Junhui, Shinbi, Cheram, Jinseon, Juri, Seonyeong, Seonwoo, every character in this webtoon have so much depth. I love all of them sooo much. This webtoon made me think that living really is such a gift. It's possible to do anything under any circumstances as long as you have a will that can endure anything.
I never write this kinds of long comments for any webtoons I've read before. This is really my fav webtoon. I finished the whole webtoon in a day and I was left surprised with every chapter. It was sooo good. It's been a long time since I read something so good that made me feel so hopeful...

The mc has so much depth in her. It's rare to find a mc that's so likable like her (imo).
The art is extremely pretty and the story feels really original when you compare it to the other stories of the same genre. It's rare to read about a maid since most stories are about princesses. I like it doesn't focus on the rom-com like most other stories, instead it focuses on her job (idk if it make sense but I like her friendship with her friend and I also like how she's rasing princess aris to be a powerful character by using her knowledge.)

I'm really going to drop this manga if they kiss. Idk why are they trying so hard to force the incest between them. I also hate how the manga's trying so hard to normalize the kiss between them. They can just use a stand-in for the kissing scene but no they WoN't. I also don't like how the characters are so normal about this. This scene is just another excuse for the author to put incest bait. ONK was so good at the beginning but the plot feels so messy now. Imo sometimes it feels like the author is just writing anything to make it work. It's really not as good as it was before...

Janica summoned the highest ranked sprit of darkness, Glaskan and caused destruction in the school so every students should run in chaos while trying to survive and the professor/teachers should to take precautions to prevent any students from getting into any further danger...and yet from ch-8 to ch-11 they literally erased every people's existence except for the main character and side characters. It's funny the mc and his friends are trying to save everyone despite being first year students and yet the older students are nowhere to be seen...I wonder, are there not any strong students among the older students?
Taylor should be an important character for being the previous mc and yet there's no depth to him. He won against Lucy in the game mc played in his previous life but when mc reincarnated, Taylor loses against her for no apparent reasons. Taylor also doesn't learn elemental slash but defeats glaskan's right hand man just because his swordsman form manifested itself?(Is it something like enlightenment? idk it feels like a plot armour since it happened out of nowhere). Can I just say his characterization felt so abrupt?
Also all of the girls have such predictable/cliche personalities. They always seem to stalk the mc or take interest on the mc just because he acts unlike himself and even destroy his home(only Lucy did this tho lol). No background information about what the mc(ed's) life used to be like, just the fact their family is evil. No mystery, literally every early pages are about random girls popping up in mc's wooden hut

Maybe because Ed was inside a game / novel? The original game / novel is probably where the loopholes are. Taylor maybe have that "protagonist" shield for him that make him can clear any obstacle as he supposed to do, if a tiny bit detail was off during the scenario, he probably will earn some "lucky" thing for him to clear it and survive. Because what I noticed is that these loopholes can only be found around Taylor (the original protagonist) not Ed?
I remember reading this webtoon in 2018/2019 before. I also remember feeling really annoyed by how the first couple treated Seunghee as a scapegoat/therapist and dragged him into their drama. I hated how Kyubin and Seungtaek didn't even bother to check up upon everything they put seunghee through. I felt so sad for him and was wishing for his happiness. He may be a bit rude, abrasive and closed off but he doesn't deserve to constantly get dragged into other people's problems. He deserved a break from all this mess tbh. At one point, I felt like he was a bit attention-starved when he was feeling affection towards the older guy and was trying to relate to him. He was just wishing someone would love him for who he is after being treated like that by his own dad and the main couple. I really loved Suhyeok and Seunghee's story, I really loved the slow-burn and lovey-doveyness part of it.
Oh I also remember skipping all the scenes with the first couples (I just couldn't like them after what they did to the mc lol, Ik I'm petty). When I put myself in the mc's shoes, I don't think I can forgive them for how they treated me so easily. i hated how the main couple messed with him in the beginning...I really loved Seunghee, Suhyeok and Inbeom as characters. I found Inbeom annoying at the start but he grew out on me by the end of this webtoon because he was such a realistically written character. He had a lot going on and I also guess everyone deserves a second chance...
That aside I don't remember much about this webtoon anymore and I'm not gonna re-read it because I remember feeling stressed out when I read it before...
That Daewoo is so damn frustrating and irritating! Spreading rumors yet faking his kindness to make himself look great in front of Taeyang and thinking of using Taeyang as a toy for his own enjoyment, he is such a creep to steal Taeyang's phone number and coming to his house(How did he even know where Taeyang lives again?) without even asking him...he is basically stalking and obsessing over him 24/7. Hope to see him get what's coming for him soon...

The og fl, Shin sera was really the worst? She's a rich girl living a privileged life. Her mom and dad are her biggest supporter. Her mom supported her even when she beat up her step-brother till he was bleeding and became unconscious.
Her dad let her take the position of vice chairman without any effort (while her step-brother, Eeron had to obtain that position of vice president with his own effort?)
She bullied and abused a female employee so much that the female employee attempted suicide and is now in a coma. She didn't even try to compensate them (only after the new fl possessed her body did that happen).
She clinged to a man that saw her as a lesser being and emotionally isolated her. Even though she has everything, she still suffers from inferiority complex and lashes out at everyone that she deems as lower than her. Every bit of sympathy that I had for her went away after seeing all this. She really deserved the worst life possible tbh...

It's funny because in most isekai manhwas that I've read, the og villianess ends up the way they are because of lack of familial love or because they're just misunderstood and hated for no reason...This is probably the first time seeing a og villianess that's actually like a villainess...
I feel like that’s only the more recent og villainess characters where authors want them to be misunderstood. When the genre started out, og villainesses were exactly like they’re supposed to be: actual villains. There’s also a couple stories where the mc gets a second chance at life but was truly considered a villain in their past life.
Yep, also I've noticed that Japanese isekai mangas usually make the og villianesses look like actual villians (of course there are exceptions! I loved reading the holy grail of eris and it's one of my favs). That's why I prefer the korean isekai manhwas more where the despicable villianess has a reason for why they turned despicable. It makes them have character depth and also makes them relatable. Of course it doesn't excuse their behavior but it makes them feel human. I usually am a sucker for second chance kind of stories where the mc regrets their actions and relive their past life again to undo their wrongdoings (manhwas like stepmother's marchen). It can any genres, male mc or female mc and I'll still binge it...

og villainess acted like that cause a shaman switched the bad spirit/curse that was surrounding the og FL to the og villainess. og villainess was aware of what she was doing but she can't control her body cause she was cursed without her knowledge. she was suffering cause she knew what she was doing was horrible but the curse was more powerful so she was like trapped in her body but can't do anything until it broke her down and og villainess switched soul with our MC, which is surprisingly her twin.
both of the twins switched their soul which broke the curse that was affecting the og villainess. now the og villainess is in our MCs body and comatosed because she was so traumatised that she needed the rest
og FL was a villain since she was a child. she was the one who wanted to put the curse that was surrounding her to the og villainess just because she didn't like her face.
