Outdated information. They weren't prioritizing older accounts. Older accounts just had older timestamps

Account A made in 2019 added TITLE to list in 2022
Account B made in 2020 added TITLE to list in 2021
Account B would get it back first
HOWEVER, this is not the case anymore as we are getting only rated/tagged back now
