I actually kinda fuck with this and hope it causes a miscarriage because I'm totally on Geonwu's side with how he handled all of this and despite how bad postpartum could be for him, a child now would alter his life forever obviously. On some level, despite how much he's been a pushover to Taejun because of his feelings, he does have standards and wants he won't let Taejun compromise even to the point of this mess. Taejun doesn’t deserve to even take responsibility imo, and while Geonwu doesn't want to be an obligation it shows that on some level he thinks Taejun wouldn't take care of him the way he wants if he just came clean. If he just wanted Taejun, this is the ticket, and the easiest option in this shitfire of a situation (the whole needing partners consent for abortion after the doctor told them not to use protection or contraceptive gave me a little heartburn), but Geonwu understands Taejun really well obviously- he wouldn't take proper care of Geonwu as demonstrated. Plus I want Taejun to have some guilt and suffer for his development cause I'd enjoy that.

Comments on this always pissing me off like damn I'm sorry a gay man in s. korea has trauma from homophobia and his main lead was pretty damn homophobic to him even when they started fucking as the hook of the series. Even ignoring actual climate around queer people in s. korea, within the world of the story, this all literally started blowing up when Jaehyuk's mother was, say it with me, homophobic upon finding out about them at the start of the season(almost eerily similar but with less violence to Garam's previous experience, and actually where I think the Ulcer started development). I wonder why the gay man does not want to come out with his boyfriend that was extremely homophobic within the last year and didn't react perfectly rationally to Jaehyuk (also!! do not forget who got rings first and why those rings were not given(moms homophobia)) getting couple rings and wanting to come out to his (who were homophobic with him) friends.

Cute finale but felt largely undeserved lmfao, mostly a full story for Jaekyung and Granny rather than Dan, the MC. If not for my previous enjoyment of BJ Alex and therefore hope for resolutions and growth, I probably would have dropped this halfway through and not really missed it sadly. I'm underwhelmed.
