I have both nostrils pierced and my septum! The longer I anticipated it, the more it hurt it seems. The first nostril and the septum piercings were probably around a 2/10 since I got them done without planning or thinking too much about it, but my other nostril was maybe a 4 since I was waiting to get it done. They were all pretty harmless though!!...... 2 reply
