Even with taking culture into consideration, this still felt anticlimactic and forced. I feel like the mangaka had a more intense storyline and the editor had them changed it. Especially comparing it to earlier chapters and other characters back stories.
The FL lead has memories of being an employee in SKorea but corruption, slander, poison and plots against her surprise her. She hired anyone so easily without thinking about a person's morals. She is just stupid for that.

Penelope is a normal Corp office worker thrust into a fantasy world that isn't so in your face with fantasy. She still worried about normal things,money,food,land. It's a surprise because she never had to deal with that. She lived work until she died. Probably never moved up the corporate ladder and never had to deal with corporate politics. And since when did everyday people have to worry about getting murdered. She knows what she has to do and normal people don't think about murder and plots from people they rarely see.

Because she’s not overpowered or some shit because she’s not overly OP or some shit like that have you been reading too much, Shounen because she’s not a Mary Sue character that immediately knows that she’s supposed to do this when she’s busy with a lot more important things that she has to figure out. Maybe if you think she’s stupid you shouldn’t be reading this. As it comes to the end, it's like the creator gets heavy handed like putting too much salt in a meal. It messes up the quality of the story and art. I'm skimming at this point, not worth a deep read anymore.
