Damn i wonder if we'll ever get a jingi/myeongil chapter where they aren't having sex. Chapter's really funny though, meyongil getting mad cause jingi's avoiding him and jingi having hallucinations of heonjae and myeong living together.
On the other hand, it seems Myeongil actually intended for Heonjae to stay at his family house with his siblings, since he says, “There’s another mouth to feed now. I need more money.”
The latter reads to me like Myeongil is drawing a line in the sand regarding his relationship with Heonjae—like he sees him as another sibling to take care of (familial love) rather than a potential lover (romantic love). He's had so many opportunities to respond to Heonjae's confessions but he kept wavering probably due to how confused he was about his feelings. Now with him being aware of Jingi's potential feelings I feel like he's subconsciously starting to sort out if his feelings for each of the brothers is familial vs romantic.
I love this! I'm so excited to see how it will go between Jingi and Myeong-il from here on, they had the fandom cheesing on twitter with how they're acting in this chapter. Myeong-il doing the chasing, and Jingi being flacid for once LMAO.
But can we talk about how mental it was for myeongil to send heonjae to where his little siblings live. It doesn't matter if he's been good to him in prison or that he was able to confide with him about his familial situation, man's still a felon. That's was really careless of him.

Does anyone actually remember their release dates? Heonjae's out of prison in the latest kr chapter, looks like myeongil actually wrote his house address on Heonjae's palm before they got separated.
I know it's Heonjae first, then Myeongil a month after.
I think the latest chapter is setting up Heonjae to live with Myeongil's siblings and then he'll eventually meet his uncle during the kids' 'observation day'. I can see the uncle connecting the dots from there and possibly manipulating Myeongil to harm Jingi by threatening the safety of his siblings.
Honestly wish Heonjae wasn't reintroduced so quickly... Like his last scene felt like an extended farewell but a few chapters later he's back as a homeless dude lol.
I haven't really processed the latest episode enough to make theories, but yours seem highly plausible, especially now that jingi and myeong-il's relationship looks like it's about to progress.

In light of jealous Jingi making an appearance, it's so interesting to see how the brothers respond to jealousy and stress in very different ways, which seems to reflect their respective upbringings. Heonjae tends to react with aggression and violence, even to the point of extreme confrontation (aka attempting murder on Jingi), likely due to being groomed by his uncle to be that way. Jingi, on the other hand, appears to default to sexually charged behavior under stress, likely due to having hypersexuality as a result of csa.
Oh I like this take. Definitely agree that Jingi's hypersexuality stems from his childhood trauma.
After ch 87 It's interesting to see how the Jingi/Myeongil dynamic is shifting (JG avoiding MI and MI looking for JG). I think part of JG's reluctance to give money to MI is also because he doesn't want MI spending it on Heonjae (thus his delusions about their post-prison newlywed life lol).
I'm glad we're back to the prison setting. Sex or not I think the development there is wayyyyy more interesting than what's happening outside with Heonjae

Couldn't agree more, though I'm a bit worried that the prison era's about to end soon since the current timeline is around the end of April, and Myeongil is set to be released in May.
Myeongil and Heonjae are probably going to be attending the school’s track and field/children’s day event in May, and that’s probably where the uncle spots them since his kid goes to the same school. That’s likely when he would start preying on Myeong’s sibling.
As for Jingi, I kinda have this theory (secretly hoping) that he’s going to run away during his outside work. It just felt way too specific for Myeong-il to bring it up in CH 85 if it wasn’t going to matter later.
