Hey, my sympathy goes out to you. I can't imagine how it must feel, and thank you for enduring so much. Your voice is heard, and you are seen. I don't want to make this gender specific, so please point me out if I am; I'm a girl. In your situation, the best thing I would do is leave it be. I know it hurts--it aches and it's hard to wake up everyday......
