I kind of had a feeling that this would be good even before I read it bc of bltwt, but damn it's a better feeling when EYE know its going to be good as soon as I start a few chapters myself. There is something about the story itself that it's so interesting, that it doesn't have to involve any hard shit. It's basically just 2 people trying to survive and live their life everyday with the possible sources they have to go through tomorrow again, and finding comfort and security with each other amidst it all. I love that. Seo-an and woowon has this dynamic that I normally see in mafia au's, like dangerous convenience store with the soft x grumpy trope type of characters, and under the green light where the grumpy's the bottom. It's a mixed of both and personally I devour these kinds of tropes bc i love power dynamics. It is tbh a healthy relationship so far, and the FUCKING SLOWBURN is what gets me moving. I love the pace. For some, it might be too slow, but goddamn idc i love their interactions with each other it just seems so natural. Seo-an's situations hits home and so I root for him and his improvement, my babygirl. Both of them are my babygirls.

Now, this is what I call a good execution of enemies to lovers without the killing part. Sometimes, it just has to do with different tastes and personalities that makes you hate the person. I dislike stories where they are enemies right, but in reality they just want to fuck and are already attracted to each other from the start. I think it's because of hyunwoo's personality that this trope became better imo, bc his personality is blunt and direct and is more on the realistic side than young. Trust me, i dont deal well with FWB tropes, but this is an exception along with XXX buddy. Stories like this shows that FWB can have a healthy sexual relationship, and not just the sake of pleasuring yourself. I love this.

FUCKING GOT CAUGHT UP. Watched the anime and finished this in no time wtf, it's good? It's so quick to read bc it's direct and although there are flashbacks or story arcs, they're pretty short and we get the gist of each character's motives and reason for getting into blue lock. Saw discourse on twt about hinata and isagi so it made me watch and read blue lock to actually make MY own basis. To be fair, Isagi is a good protagonist. He is so good, and his development is seen throughout the story. Since he uses his mind, there's more shit to read but idC he's smart af. AnyWAY, they both have similarities in that they are not afraid of change, in fact theY CRAVE it. They want change, and they always seek for it. At first, I thought isagi to be the one between him and hinata to have more mental breakdowns (?) When things don't go in his way, or like when shit goes down. But then as the story progresses, they're actually similar than I thought. Hinata also get breakdowns, most especially when he realizes how useless he was aside from his jump. I don't want to compare, but hinata is my baby and I am quite confident to say that Isagi comes second. He is getting good in controlling his thoughts, and although he overthinks when shit goes down, he still manages even in a small way to bring himself back together and strike hard 2nd time.


This manga is not even trying to hide the fruity-ness pls i disliked reo's motives, i kind of hoped he would stop being in nagi's shadow even if that's what he always dreamt of. When I thought he would strive for his own path buT nO bitch went marupok just bc nagi wanted him help to beat isagi pls disappointed but not surprised. I see his potential and I wanted that rivalry between nagi and him though, but with no hard feelings like what he was feeling HAHWJAHW. And bachira just outright saying, "I love you partner" to isagi guRL I LOVE THEM SM. ALSO CAN RIN AND ISAGI BE FRIENDS TOO I THINK RIN DESERVES A HUG PLEASE. Overall, looking forward to more in this story !!

LOVEEE THIS. At first everything was kind of redundant, but I came to actually like hes and cael?? I love how the author really made the characters as stereotypical as it can get especially with the male lead and second. Heli with the dark hair and gold eyes as the ml, and cael with the lighter and longer hair bc gurl the AMOUNT of fucking stories i've come across with the 2nd lead having a long hair is ABSURD. Ur telling me u rather choose the black hair than the long hair that u caN TUG? STFU. I love my collection of black-haired men, BUT pls give my long haired babies some love DAMN. Ik theres other stories like this, but the characters barely kind of makes the story better ?? Idk all i know is that I love how stereotypical every character is even diana with the pink and blue eyes, and a saintess OF COURSE while hes is out here looking the EVERY ML LEAD WITH THE RED EYES. FUCKING GORGEOUS. ALSO FUCKING HILARIOUS WHAT THE FUCK?? THE WAY HES REACTS TO CAEL IS SO FUCKING FUNNY LIKE SHE CANT JUST STAND STILL AND CAEL IS SO USED TO IT ALREADY IM DYING. THE KEYBOARD SMASH AND THE EXCLAMATION POINTS MAKES ME DIE SM I FEEL HER BC WHO WOULDN'T GAWK AT CAEL WITH THE LONG WHITE HAIR, LONGER THAN DIANA'S?? HE IS SO FUCKING BEAUTIFUL OH MY GOD. HE IS DRAWN SO WELL BC EVEN WITH LONG HAIR HE LOOKS SO MASCULINE AND BEAUTIFUL AT THE SAME TIME, LIKE HE DOESN'T LOOK ANDROGYNOUS AT ALL (ITS NOT A BAD THING BTW) BUT LIKE SO MATURE??? I JUST WANT HIM SO BAD TOO SO I RELATE WITH HES. GIVE ME "SHE FELL FIRST, BUT HE FELL HARDER" TROPE AND I LOVE IT, JUST ADD MORE ANGST AND I CAN DIE.

spent hours reading this instead of preparing for my tests next week and tbh it's (kind of) WORTH IT. Really hits home with the "nobody wants to be friends with me, is there something wrong with me?" Situation. That was exactly what I was feeling these few weeks and I almost teared up when sky was feeling it. He deserves the whole world and shouldn't be bullied for being gay. I LOVE him and his progress towards moving on from the past. This story got me hooked from the start and I see why people love it cuz we got to see the backstories in such a good pace and the progression of the enemies-to-lovers trope is SO good bc it wasn't instalove??? I dislike having that trope watered down to the characters already finding them attractive from the start like wheres the enemies and hate in that?? These gave me what I wanted from the trope. The way that at first, all they saw was their weakness and all the bad sides, and just hatred for each other, but then they hear their stories, the "I DIDN'T KNOW WHO TO CONTACT" TROPE THAT HAPPENED WITH CIRRUS UGHHH. and the way that cirrus doesn't realized that he had fallen for sky??? The fuCk. I love cirrus even if he's a manipulative and possessive asshole, bc he doesn't even know why he's doing it in the first place. I want him to fall first and to fall HARD for sky. I Can't wait for these two to show love to each other as much as they deserve. 20/10

Definitely reminds me of kagehina, especially ken and his "stupid kirara" phrases. UgH. I don't like the mom, though hnehwhs ik she's overprotective but damN at least get her son's consent first before installing a gps on his phone, especially after he rejected the first time ?? PLS UPDATEEE
