I mean, it's not for everyone. I keep reading comments like these on bl works. Irregardless of the story being fictional, there's a shit ton of nuances in a three-way or poly relationship. You just don't get into one hoping to make it last when the characters involved are coded to be monogamous(monogamous-oriented for when you're a real person) and seeking serious relationships(not that poly relationships can't be serious).

There also seems to be a lot of double standards(not referring to OP). Some people push the notion of establishing a poly relationship in BL and GL media when I can't see the notion being pushed often for straight works(mostly shoujo and shounen; except Harem of course). I guess equality is a never-ending battle.

Yea nobody pushes poly to straight stuff. Anyways I said they could go poly cause it could open up a new plot and it seems like this love triangle or whatever this thing is, isn’t really going well for a mono relationship. Dude is stuck in love with two of them soo..

But this is different than that. He did pressure him but then he realised its bad for him and wanted to stop. Kyle should have stopped. End of discussion don't try to blame it on the sick person.

I do agree, they need to communicate. Their relationship is fucked up in a way. But please understand, that Kyle can prevent this from happening.

When I read this I suddenly realized the obvious pattern of their relationship, whenever Kyle said he likes or loves Ilyan more, Ilyan began to start getting horny, and Kyle couldn’t ever resist him. So there, the idea began planted in Ilyan’s head since the beginning of their relationship.

Well, I didn’t even notice it until Ilyan said Kyle never cared before if Ilyan was drunk or not when they had sex. And his thought went with Kyle would leave him if they didn’t do it. Lots of story have toxic relationship, and this one has its own problem.

Nah nah I’m not upset or anything since a bunch of u pointed out good points and it opened a new thought process for me. Drunk sex is a huge problem in literally every genre and some people don’t even realize it’s rape and whatever the fuck.

simply put, you will love it if you like a lil angst + childhood friends trope (for main couple, second one is brother and mc's friend) . they're rly cute when they got together and the drama isnt too prolonged/ annoying (?) imo. the mixed opinions is bcs of his brother, his personality is kinda.. selfish.. ? i guess.. he's really blunt and said a bunch of hurtful things sooo some people dont like him. overall, it's 8/10 for me. the only flaw is that it's too short so there's not much cute moments shown after they actually get together ㅠㅠ that's all i can say tbh im bad at summarising,, sorry but hope that helps a bit :<
