It is quite hard to describe what I remember, I've read it when I started Yaoi years ago... So I'll do my best to describe it.
The main character has black hair, his twin died. The twin's lover decided to stay with him so he won't feel lonely and also because he can remember his lover by looking at his twin-- even though there was a slight differences between them.
Then, this is vague--- I don't know if I'm mixing it with another yaoi, but I'm pretty sure they're the same...
The guy had nightmare from another world, where he woke up and he was his own twin brother in this world-- little did he know that it was in reality a nightmare and the pure fact that he didn't move on from his twin's brother death until the twin's lover hugged him from behind (I think) and told him that he wasn't his twin brother and unique in his own way.
I don't recall if the main character ended up in relationship with his twin's lover....
It's vague, haha, but I'd like to find and read it again. Hopefully someone can help.

try JAZZ first, then proceed with all the mangaka's work. JAZZ got me to possessive. lol. Then search thru Ogawa Chise's work, most are darkish and obssessive, i think youd like Ouji no Hakoniwa. An all time favorite, tho, is SCARLET by Madarame Hiro. Now sensei's work is def my cup of tea, and I am pretty sure youd like it too hihi
