you should probably check your internet connection. Can it load other things like insta or twit. if cannot then its a data problem. If can then its probably your phone (maybe old?)
You can also check if you're storage is too full or whatnot cause sometimes storage can cause your phone to be a bit cuckoo

Yellow- it means that the manga updated or maybe some older chapters updated like they update chapters blurry pages if they feel like it
White- it means nothing happened to them in a while
