If you're from the Philippines, then I can explain why you're having a problem. People with PLDT or Globe as their wifi providers are currently having problems accessing this site. My theory is that this site has been blocked by the said internet providers as they have been actively blocking 'malicious' and 'illegal' sites these past few years.

Fortunately, you can still use mobile data or use pocket wifi (like what I'm doing) to access the site.

Though I don't really recommend it, you can also use VPN to solve your problem if mobile data is not that good in your area.

Apparently, Byeonduck knows about this for a long time but kept quiet. The uproar of legal readers on socmeds like Twitter made a lot of creators step up and complain about their webtoons

Don't think it's translated yet and the manga version is in another language not available in any English platforms but if you wanna trad the novel try Wattpad.
