it's a real page turner bcos the plot was sooo interesting. and the best thing? no rape. why do authors need to include rape in every psychological bl???? i probably need more time to compose a coherent review, but dang this one was so good i had to say it immediately.

what i did that naturally made me take a break was lwk talking to j.ai bots and making my own scenarios ykwim? also reading completed BL manhwas rlly help as well as completed fics on Ao3 and stuff. idek if this is what u meant but wtv lol
What I did was just find different hobbies, mostly involving my hands so I don't immediately grab my phone. I did lots of crochet and knitting projects while watching movies/tv series so I could stop myself from doing what i always do (i.e., reading manhwa).
Also, try finding other bl media you can consume aside from this.
And also, i’ve been reading bl since I was 14 so i’m pretty much burnt out by now by the copious amount of manhwa these days. Some of them not even good :<<
