They could have fact check that law.
I understand that in Korea it is illegal to take people's pictures without their consent. However in New York which is located in the USA it is completely legal as it is protected under the first amendment.
Especially when it's out in public, that's why paparazzi can take pictures of celebrities without getting in trouble.
I Like how wholesome and how the MC admits to being a coward without being overly annoying. Does anybody have recommendations for something similar?
The MC annoys me, not enough to stop reading but enough to make a comment. The MC wants the benefits of the relationship without taking on the vulnerability or risk of actually committing.
The ML has done all the heavy lifting: he broke up with his fiancée when confronted, ran to the MC’s hotel room to kiss him, and consistently takes the lead on every date in recent chapters. He’s clearly fully invested in making this work.
Meanwhile, the MC refuses to take any initiative. Even after the ex-fiancée spelled it out and told him he had a real chance, he still wouldn't confess. Between his fear of vulnerability and what I believe is a bit of a superiority complex when it comes to his feelings in the dynamic of the twos relationship, he stays on the fence and looks ready to bolt the second things get difficult.
I saw the comment below mine call the MC insufferable, and honestly, I have to agree.
Ch 15/16
While reading these chapters my thought process
"I knew that redhead was going to be the love rival"
When the character brings up his marriage
"Oh wait but he was married so maybe he's not, but he's totally giving off signals that he is"
Reading chapter 16 when the author shows a picture of his male ex
"I was right, I knew that he was going to be the love rival"
. . . . Me taking a moment to realize
My brain really defaulted to a gay-or-straight binary only in the world for a second. Totally forgetting bisexuality exists, which is wild considering I’m pansexual myself. Had to literally call myself a dumbass out loud for this moment. Lmao
What the hell happened to all the character development between the two, the ending was abrupt and felt like it went back to the beginning of the storyline. Extremely disappointing and not worth it
Once I realized Griz was a pedo I dropped this.
When Towa had the flashback "he looked at me like a predator looking at his prey" tow was 13 years old. Then Griz admitted to checking his body everyday while he was also 13 years old. Something is wrong with the author and I don't know why they're editor didn't stop them from making this horrible outline.
And to the people who are trying to glaze over it, he literally admits to liking him when he was Twilight AKA underage.
You can see how they're rushing, the lack of detail in any of the panels and using more coloring rather than descript items in each panel. Go check out chapter 1 you can see the difference big time compared to the most current chapter 38
But then I reread from chapter 1 and it makes more sense now. I get a gist of what's going on.

ML and MC (Asel) are going about the engagement like everything's dandy when it's clearly not. The MC Crossed the MLS boundaries multiple times to then unintentionally baby trap him. The ML might have had an ass attitude(which I don't personally agree that he was, unless I'm forgetting something), but the MC is going to be an ass to his unborn child. He's going into this marriage when he already knows that the ML has these pre-notions of the MC, the MC is just being extremely selfish because he wants the ML.
I also do not like the fact that the Asian culture forces the need to get married if you get pregnant, people can co-parent without marriage. It happens all the time, or you could just raise the child on your own.
Lol
I'm sad they watered it down in the webtoon!
(Here's a small section from the novel)
Why wasn’t anyone else singing? This was so embarrassing. Yerim, stop staring at me like that—it’s already humiliating enough.
“Make a wish and blow out the candle.”
“A wish?”
“You don’t have one?”
“Not really.”
“Then just think of something you want right now or whatever and blow it out.”
Seong Hyunjae glanced at me for a moment before leaning forward and blowing out the candle. Guys, a little applause, please. I’m seriously dying of secondhand embarrassment right now.'
I always check the latest chapter just to see what it's about and after checking chapter 99 I decided to give this a try. The contrast difference of that chapter 99 to chapter 1 &2 made me laugh. Lol
I thought it was cute how they worried about each other and seem to be in love. And then chapter one and two had the complete opposite meeting for the first time. I just couldn't help but laugh at the contrast.
Also could definitely tell the art improved.
I understand where Taejun is coming from, Yumin is so CUTE!!!!!!!
I wouldn't be able to keep my hands off him either. Lol
Had to look that shit up. (⊙…⊙ )
I guess that's one good thing at the US doesn't have, DEBT INHERITANCE, can't believe that's an actual thing in Korea. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
