As an individual who participates in the gay community, I do not believe shippers are the worst thing a fandom can have. I am literally looking for stories right now that have a MxM shipping dynamic while the story is specifically NOT gay because I'm burned out of reading LGBTQ+ literature at this moment. I want the dynamic to be there but I want it to be in the background I don't want it to be the focus of the story. No Shounen Ai recommendations either pls.

Rereading and just noticed
Dojoon is the mysterious character dressed in black from chapter 2, in my opinion.
The fact that he has a scar from when he was "24?" and how the MCs dialogue focused on the ML being mature for his supposed age.
Maybe the ML went back to the past, and that's why he asked why the MC was there because he was an anomaly. But then what about the character that reminds everybody of the MC where do they fit in the story? There are so many questions that haven't been answered yet!
This is a really good read
I love how the FL is really into the ML and does NOT hide it. Even better when the FL initiates flirting with the ML.

58 chapters in and I understand why everybody says both the characters are frustrating. The only character at this point that's not frustrating is Cain, as he's pretty straightforward compared to the other two characters. From my perspective, yeah the ML f***** up at the beginning but he doesn't know how to express his emotions or understand them. His grandpa brainwashed him. So the fact that they got back together again and he was trying only for the MC to be like oh I don't think you are. Like b**** that is your opinion like what about you!?!?What is your part of the relationship that you are trying to work with. I don't understand why MC is confused after 58 chapters. If the ML keeps repeating the same thing, telling you this is what he feels, at that point you need to believe him or let him go. Starting to feel like a waste of time now.
I like that Taeyeong's Friend is there to give him a reality check. Especially about being privileged, now all he needs to do is follow through with that statement about Taeyeong having feelings for the MC. Lol
Not a fan that the author chose to make the ML losing out again. I 100% this time think it's on Graham to make everything right. The ML shouldn't be trying so hard now, it should be the other way around after the way Graham stayed silent on the phone for hours. It really was "are you going to choose me or choose your negative thoughts" and Graham straight up chose his negative thoughts. I wouldn't stay with anybody if that's what they did.

I get everybody wants to reconcile and be buddy buddy but, this guy kidnapped and beat the s*** out of him okay. They were both victims in their own right. He has NO business being in the same f****** apartment complex let alone apartment as ML. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
I relate to Jay's mindset which means I'm on his side! Jaehyuk isn't impulsive; he’s decisive and accepts the fallout of his actions. People mistake his quick minute decisions for recklessness, but it's actually a calculated choice. It’s not that he doesn't care about the consequences, it’s that he’s already weighed the options and decided the outcome is worth the cost. Gram is judging Jaehyuk’s intensity as dangerous, It’s unfair for him to label Jaehyuk’s actions as 'wrong' just because he uses a different metric for merit. Gram is letting past fears and the weight of the relationship overwhelm him. So instead, he is trying to put the blame on Jaehyuk’s personality to justify running away, even though Jaehyuk has already compromised enough.
All the comments definitely made me want to read this, and I'm glad I did.
Chapter 26 specifically is a nice fresh take on "feeling nervous because of something new" normally it's the other way around where the character is nervous because they're about to do a one-night stand or sleep with somebody immediately. With this scenario, where the "something new " is just being in a relaxed environment before progressing to sex.
I forget that these authors are not from America so they're MODERN version of LGBTQ is not as progressive. I want to read a story where they're both out and open, and people don't treat them like it's crazy to love who you want to love. Also the idea of getting married and having kids isn't weird because it shouldn't be, it should be accessible to all.
