I'm on chapter 13 and essentially their tools with minds of their own. You have all this emotional and intellectual ability of a normal human being yet no real freedom. That's depressing as f***, especially when he was learning that he had no way to change the output of his attacks. If I was a hero I would be depressed thinking why did they have to bring my consciousness back!
I was worried there was going to be fat shaming, but his husband is still caring even with his size. Love it.

Nothing against the story, it's just not my genre normally so I already would have dropped it. However, Finn Ames is carrying this for me. My bias, loved him in the anime so now I gotta read the manga! I plan to read this just because of this character and I'm excited to see him grow.(I got a thing for weak male characters, especially when the character development makes them stronger)
On a separate note, does the author not know many women? So far the two female characters that have appeared, have been super weak and annoying. (I especially get annoyed with female characters that obsess over romance) ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ
Anybody feel free to tell me if there is at least one strong female in the manga down the road?

After reading chapter 1, I'm a little disappointing that he couldn't make a debut because of the scar on his face. There are people in real life with scars on their face and that's not something I want to read about in a fictional story when reality is already s***** enough. Definitely disappointed in that part since I like reading fictional stories because they're unrealistic.
I came from watching the anime, and even though it's pretty similar the major difference for the anime is the focus on the fans being more prominent.
I'm not going to lie, after the first episode I wasn't interested and was going to drop it but I always make sure to watch until the very last second when watching the first episode of any anime and that's when I seen the ending clip.
It was concerning the fans and it really got me hooked, then after the third episode I realize that watching the fans who can show such passion and drive for something they love was very endearing to me. Even though it's just anime It makes me feel good, especially since I'm severely depressed so I struggle to have any passion or drive for even things that I love. Watching and reading the scenes where the fans are showing their determination for their Bias is very relaxing to me and I love it.
Does that mean none of the quirks actually go back to the people and they're just lost forever? Would Ari be able to even rewind to before they lost their quirk since since it sounds like he takes the quirk as a whole?
Nope, United States of America's ego is way too large for it to submit to a world power. We literally fight over who's going to be our president for a couple years and then people still fight against them throughout the term. America would rather fight than bow to a world ruled by one individual.
If AFO created his own portion of the world and left America alone I could totally see them bending backwards. Lmao
