Intrusive thoughts are super normal, specially on stressful times like these.
If you can move on from them and continue with your normal life, that's ok.
But if it's persistent and blocks your everyday activities, find help. reply
I've had many disgusting dreams and after looking it up it told me my brain was telling me I wanted to be better friends with them. Idk if that's true or not but the dreams weren't pleasant so I feel you there! The killing part I've had somewhat and I have no clue what it means ( ̄∇ ̄"). as soon as i heard someone in the house mention "..we can check the wifi router history.." i immediately shut all 600+ tabs of mine.. and i also really shouldn't have been looking up what i did on this website.. i was going down a really fucked up rabbit hole (think rape but worse, and other stuff).
