Real Life Problems

I started my first year of university this year and I'm really stressed out because of mid-terms. I literally get anxiety attacks about the amount of work I have to finish and whether I'll do good on my tests or not.

Every since high school I've placed way to much importance in my marks. It's gotten to the point where my marks directly dictate my happiness. I want to learn how to stop giving a fuck about some stupid numbers; my job experience and the knowledge I gain from the courses is what's important but I end up ignoring this and focusing on the percentages I get.

Anyone have any advice or tips on how to stop caring about the marks I get, so I can focus more on my learning? I want to be happy again!

So there's this popular tiktok art account that posts haikyuu yaoi stuff and I think they're tracing. I lined up one of their drawings with what I suspected was traced. It lined up. They blocked me . Not many people saw my video about it, but one person was supportive and the other wasn't. Am I overthinking things? It upsets me that someone who likely traced, has 95k followers .I'm scared to bring it up again because they have a lot of followers and it might not even be a big deal. Idk what to do.
