First things first, heterophobia isn't real. You immediately lose any credibility you thought you had when you use that word. It's a word literally made so straight people can compare their scarce experiences on the internet with real life problems of the LGBT community.

OP, hold onto this feeling of discomfort the same way you would if you were being followed by a 50-year-old man in a dark alleyway. Hold onto this feeling and always keep it in the back of your mind. also please stop hating all cops just because a few did horrible things to others in an oppressed community, yes i get how horrifying being killed for no reason is, but its not every cops's fault, there are so many cops out there who became one because they genuinely care for justice.

It's just currently full of really gross or twisted stories of MLM couples, and a lot of fans don't see any problem with it. Even more moderate yaoi (those without the incredibly reoccurring sexual assault themes) use harmful stereotypes towards MLM. I'm not entirely sure what you're going for with the LGBTQ+ community "victimizing itself," but I think it's important to note that "heterophobia" simply doesn't exist. In the modern society LGBTQ+ people would technically fall in this "victim" category you've made since, yes, they are an oppressed group, whereas heterosexual people are not. Hetero...... 2 reply
