Start listening to my sad playlist,oh wait I'm hungry, I go look at the fridge...nothing. I open it 5 times cause i believe something will pop up. So since nothing happened i just grab the most random things put them all together eat them, while i'm eating i decide to continue watching the anime i left off and soon i have forgotten what i was stres...... reply
It sounds weird, but for me, chewing gum helps. I focus on my chewing and calm down when it comes to a rhythm. Similar to when you focus on your breathing, but it works better for me.
