Chocolate helps A LOT. For me, I put something warm (like a heat pad, or a towel that's dampened with warm water, or even your hand will work!) on my lower stomach to help with cramps. and please, for the love of god, please change ur pad and shower frequently, or else ur gonna smell like fish lols   1 reply

If it didn't bleed through your pants, use folded toilet paper temporarily. If you are physically at school, ask to go to the nurse. If you are at home ask your mother or sister for pads.   reply

Pads. You need pads, then stick them to your underwear (it has its own sticky). If you don't have pads, um, put a nappy (or a 'diaper' as you call them in America and other countries) there instead? Or put a lot of tissue in your underwear? Wash away the blood first.   1 reply

I little tip. If you do get cramps chocolate helps ALOT. My grandmother told me that one. Also ALWAYS Have a pad on you.   1 reply

lol I usually have a light flow during the night so I don't mind. it is kinda messy, but it's ok if you clean your hand later. on nights when I bleed a lot I avoid it, tho. but I think that generally, this is normal :)   reply
