I didn't know anyone cared if they were on their period or not ? I do probably more on my period since my hormones are activated? Not sure the word. Chocolate helps A LOT. For me, I put something warm (like a heat pad, or a towel that's dampened with warm water, or even your hand will work!) on my lower stomach to help with cramps.
