Hmmmmmm there is is certain Christian radio that plays a lot and it causes me hardcore stress because religious trauma, the word lesions, over stimulation and talking alone with my mom.

I get bad anxiety when I have to talk to people/relatives or people looking at me. It just gets me really anxious and worried.
