GOOD NIGHT CHILDREN ! Make sure to get sleep and eat in the morning, do you listen to music to go to bed? if so Tell me what songs you listen too, I tend to have bad panic attacks while I’m trying to go to bed so I turn on soft chill music to interrupt me talking in my head And panicking over small stuff. It really is affective. It’s always a shiloh dynasty 1 hour mix his songs calm me down.
