I still think you should tell your parents you would like to see a psychiatrist. If your parents tell you you prefer a stranger over them you could just explain that it's because they're professionals. If you're hurt somewhere and you don't know why, you won't ask your mom for a diagnosis, you'll go see a doctor. Same goes for mental issue.

Your problems are very important! Just because people have it worse doesn't mean that you can't be sad or have any problems yourself.
Maybe when you get the motivation try talking to your friends. You can probably plan out what your going to say and then explain to your parents why it's important that you need someone to talk to.
