Paranoia can be a serious symptom when it's to this extent. someone already mentioned schizophrenia, and that might be the case although a psychiatrist is not likely to diagnose you at your age with it. I'm paranoid about cockroaches XD if I see them my heart won't last lol and also there's this horror game I really love called Five nights at Freddy's (FNAF) and I got a poster in my room. It's very difficult to diagnose based on an internet question, but as far as I can tell, you have symptoms of early schizophrenia.
