22 here, listen to your parents cus sometimes they give very good advice and if your in high school start to think about your career and what you really want to do after HS very seriously. You will thank yourself in the future.   reply

Do something productive for at least 1 hour every day (outside what you're taught in school, preferable in a systematic manner with small concise goals in mind.) Whether that's learning to program, creating a 3d model, learning some maths or a language, writing a story, etc. Just make sure you focus on one thing at a time, and don't miss any days ......   reply

1) The school/youth popularity contest will, if you become a good person, be something you regret. Work hard to rise above it and befriend those around you who are decent, even if they are weird or unpopular. There are a lot of things to wish for...... Going on fascinating adventures, riches, true love, no student debt, magic, world peace, my imagination turning real...
