U should just rot or something. Jk, go out and travel nature. Japan's and south koreas country side is absolutely amazing. And if your too poor, go outside and walk during sunset. I do it while listening to music. It's calming and it ease my mind. honestly, if your not even motivated to do that then you can try to seek out help, like a therapis......   reply
