I suffer from Insomnia for 9 yrs (pretty bad hahaha) i did take medicine in past, and try several methods, but at some point nothing makes me to fall asleep, so i wonder if anyone here have the same problem as me and somehow can help me with their experience, and to be honest, I know im helpless...
