You’re missing out on peak bro. Most are indeed fast paced but like when it’s slow burn, it’s SLOW burn (for example Spy x Family). I find them to have great plots and even if they’re fast paced I also find them really good (for example ‘A sign of affection’). I LOVE MANGAS! But you definitely aren't the only one since my own sister doesn't like reading them ╥﹏╥ she says the same thing, the lack of colour is unappealing to her and she doesn't like the way panels are set up. A Home Far Away made me cry soooo hard. I still feel it to this day. Dreadful night is a bl that i fell in love with because of it's interesting trope that i (personally) had never seen before. it's set in a horror game (theres some blood but not a lot of gore) and the smut scenes are . happy reading (●'◡'●)ﾉ 2 reply
