Fix sleep schedule
so uhh as the title says I really need some help fixing my sleep schedule like i only get like 5 or 3 hrs of sleep every single day and since I'm a student it's very bad for me, So do you guys have any recommendations on what to do? Also what about your sleep schedule is it worst than mine?
here are my tips, they don't work now because i have insomnia and it has gradually gotten worse, but if you aren't diagnosed it most likely will work
read a book before going to bed
no caffeine
eat/spray melatonin at night reply
avoid things that give off blue lights before bed,
if you drink or eat anything that has caffeine in it save it for the day time,
I heard meditation is good for sleep
try exercising a little before bed
make a schedule (should be a first step tbh)
remember that a sleeping schedule takes time to develop
make sure to eat properly also

ok hear me out, this may sounds weird but i listened to tsuda kenjiro voice (nanami's asmr, if u don't know what im talking about go watch Jujutsu kaisen) every fucking night fr that shit able to fix my sleeping cycle. lol reply
omg same. im having trouble sleeping these days too. so that makes it x100 worse. ong my brain just wont shut up. it has been over 6 months now.... I either sleep for 3-4 or 12-17 hours a day. so idk what to say about my schedule its kinda messed up..... reply
Lol same, I would suggest sleeping earlier but then I remember he last time I tried sleeping at 12 I woke at 3 am lmfao. Idk the only way I get a long night of sleep is to force myself to stay awake too long ┑( ̄Д  ̄)┍

u gotta give up. i tried and it didnt work, our body is alrd under the impression that this is how it is. that 3hrs is our normal sleep
