Is true that your internet provider can see your browsing history?

So I've been reading a lot of fcked up yaois last night..

And then this morning my auntie woke me up while giving me weird look and asked me shouting wtf was i reading last night??

I don't know what to say and i don't know what to do at that time because I JUST FCKING WOKE UP OKAY

Like my mind is straight up blank. She just kept shouting at me while I'm doing nothing

So yeah I'm just here right now locked myself up in my room chillin.

So yeah i jus wanna ask yall that is it tru that your internet provider could see your browsing history?? Because i deadass wanna know how did they find out
