not really, lesbians also use dildos, and yaoi has a top and a bottom unlike straight hentai which is just a man taking control of the situation most of the time. I like men and women and anything in between but I prefer reading yaoi cause they're always written in a way where the way a person stands in society has nothing to do with whose the top....... reply

Uhh because I can relate to them?? As for me i don't find that many good gl stories here but the bls are so diverse with amazing plots. So yeah I've been reading them instead and they relate to me. Counter question: Do you find it weird when gay people read/watch straight romance? No, because straight romance is the norm in media. As a person (and a lesbian), I enjoy seeing expressions of all sorts of love. In fact, I actually prefer to avoid straight romance because of my own personal hang-ups, but I still enjoy the genre a lot. reply
