Thoughts about rape in fiction?
Its here. We need to talk about this. I personally don't get why's people being mad about rape in mangas, manhwas, fanfics, etc. I mean sure its okay to have opinions. But sometimes, i saw some people commenting, saying how they dont support rape etc, even blaming the manga-- Even when the translator literally put a warning. Me personally, it doesn't bother me a lot since i know the difference between fantasy and reality. But i want to know other people's thoughts too.
I'm not really bothered by it most of the time. The few times it bothers me is usually when it's like two people who are already in a relationship and there's some argument or something that leads to rape, like Escape Journey. I could not finish that manga after the rape scene, though I quite liked it before. If the rape is towards the beginning of...... reply
