5.4", 48kg
My height is 163(5.4"?)and I am 48kg (I think around 103 pounds?) and I want to lose weight. ( - 5kg) I know that am on the lighter side of what a 163cm person should be. But for some reason, I look larger than my actual weight. My thighs are very thick and my waist is just wide. But I do a lot of exercise and I play in team sports. I'm being made fun of for having thick legs, and so I want to at least slim them down if I don't lose weight. What are the most effective ways to lose weight fast? My goals are the lose 2kg a month at minimum. I'm a beginner at dieting and weight loss, are these realistic expectations?
I dont think you need to lose weight, perhaps you should try to gain muscles. Maybe it's the way you workout, some leg workouts can lead to thicker thighs. There are many videos on YouTube that will show you how to slim down your thighs. Also, like many people said, maybe it's just your body structure. 1 reply
