Tip's for losing weight?
I'm technically overweight, but I'm not fat. I'm about 5'3" and 145lbs. I've lost 10lbs over the past week and want some tips on how to lose some more pounds. My goal is to be around 120-130lbs. ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
The truth is, as long as you don't have any condition of course, there's only ONE way of losing weight: Calorie deficit. Basically, you don't have to consume more calories than what your body will burn. Obviously there's both healthy and unhealthy ways of get it.
