If you're going to gain weight do it in a healthy manner. Don't just eat a bunch of sugar and fast food. Instead drink protein shakes, drink milk often, eat rice often (but please don't over eat it. it can me really bad if you do), eat almond butter a lot or just almonds, have potatoes, eat Salmond, avocados or guacamole, cereals, veggies and fruit......   1 reply
