Have you ever thought of killing yourself?
I did a year ago, but last night my sister asked me have I tried to kill myself, and I said yes. She’s really down lately and considering it a couple times too. I wonder why I never realized it before.
I think of killing myself all the time 24/7 to the point its a normal thought in my daily life it doesn't hold the same weight to me anymore but it really is a signal I should get help reply
