sleep schedule
school starts in a couple days and my sleeps schedule is i sleep at 4am-6am and wake up at 7pm or 5pm or 6pm. and i have to fix my schedule asap so any tips?
yk I'm in no right to say anything I was sleeping at 7 in the morning until the last day..
BUT what helped me was that I didn't sleep more than 2 hours one night before.. so I can sleep early the next day (you'll basically do a forced reset to your sleep deprived brain, but don't pull an all nighter it's gonna be hard to recover). It won't work f...... 1 reply
did this in high school... dont go to sleep at 4am stay up all day and do something energy draining (deep clean your house, go for a hike, all day shopping etc.) then when youre practically dead go to bed at your desired bed time and wake up at your desired wake time. in a few days you should get use to it reply
start to sleep early and you'll wake up early as well. I know my advice isn't the best since I sleep at 8 to wake up at 3 but you should sleep at 9-10 even if you're not tired. 1 reply

This sounds so mean fidhjsjs but I just fixed my sleeping schedule today by sleeping at 4 am and waking up on 10 am and I was gonna sleep at 8 pm like a good child but apparently we’re going to a gathering tmw and we’re gonna stay to 1 am so everything I did was pointless but I recommend do...... 3 reply
my sleep schedule breaks every five minutes because i’m very irresponsible *but* i find the best way to fix it is by staying up all night one night and then not going to bed at 6am and just holding through the whole day. it’s super hard and takes a lot of self control, and you spend the entire day miserable - but it means you’re like… exhau...... reply
Eat something with b12 (natural energy vitamin) in it and try to stay up through when you normally go to sleep. Staying up later and later and rolling back to normal is a lot easier at least for me than trying to go to sleep earlier and earlier.
