This is probably gonna make a lot of people mad but I'm really not a fan of self diagnosing.
I think it's good to be self aware and to consider that perhaps you could have certain mental/medical issues, but I think using it as an excuse for your behavior when you haven't been diagnosed is kind of... Shit?
