Have you ever thought of killing yourself?
I did a year ago, but last night my sister asked me have I tried to kill myself, and I said yes. She’s really down lately and considering it a couple times too. I wonder why I never realized it before.
The real question is who hasn’t? I honestly think it’s normal to ‘think’ about doing something but not actually committing it or even thinking about the details. It becomes serious when you actually THINK and PLAN how you’re going to kill yourself. Essentially you are preparing for it which is an issue.
