What's ur fav dish from ur country?
i'm jamaican and i really love oxtail with rice, also cawfish with acai, dumpling. Bambi with fish is good as well, fried dumpling. Imma stop talking, lmao anyways i can't wait to hear ur guys answers :)
as a czech - when i still used to eat meat it was rizek s kasi (crispy breaded pork/chicken schnitzel with mashed potatoes), my late grandma used to make the best ones.
but my all time favorite is probably koprovka (dill sauce with/without boiled beef and dumplings/potatoes) though many people dislike it i love dill tho, what can i say
