i'm jamaican and i really love oxtail with rice, also cawfish with acai, dumpling. Bambi with fish is good as well, fried dumpling. Imma stop talking, lmao anyways i can't wait to hear ur guys answers :)
Im from Mexico, we have birria which is beef marinated and cooked in a mix of like 4 different chiles and oregano, clove, and star anise (i think that's what theyre called.) The beef is usually prepared in an oven within the ground and its buried usually over night. Thanks to this, its INCREDIBLY soft and juicy. Quesabirrias got really popular late...... reply
