What's yall sleep schedule

My brain has a 6 hr timer like when i sleep at 2 i'll wake up at 8 without my consent TT let me sleep more dammit (*｀Д´)ノ！！！(currently need help to sleep 8 hrs at least TT) and my go to sleep time is usually 2 or 3 a.m. (like rn)   reply
