Your current thoughts on AI?
Do you think AI has a real chance of taking over your job? Maybe not right now, but in the future since it's constantly evolving and getting better. Say you’re one of the people who didn’t get laid off because of AI, but now you have to work alongside it. Would you be willing to adapt to it when the time comes? Or would you try to resist it? How do you think you’d deal with that kind of shift?
It's already taking over my field not bc it's better or more efficient but bc rich people are hoarders so I'm currently working fixing AI mistakes bc companies keep trying to save money on actual workers and ai as capable as they may think it is, it still lacks human creativity and norms it simply can't copy

As an artist ik we bitch a lot ab AI, but brother, all our lives we've literally been set aside. Jobs regarding art are literally shitted on for being 'useless'.

I study environmental studies and on god I hate the usage of AI. We're getting closer to having water limitation and I blame those sick fucks who use AI instead of being creative and having a brain for once. reply
I don't use ai for anything, I haven't touched any generative ai software, graduated school before writing your essays with chat gpt was commonplace (thank god), i suck at creative writing and my language skills aren't standard but I'm never using ai for anything academic ever. I find the idea of AI great but the way companies decided to have it do jobs that were suppose to be made by humans is just incredibly stupid. Klarna is a great example. This company is a buy now-pay later app, where they didn't fire their workers but stopped looking for new workers. Now if you'd wanna talk to customer support, you're getting greet...... reply
I’m hoping to edit books in the future and uh yeah definitely taking over the job I want but there’s also already been a lot of companies that have banned the usage of AI in the applicants applying to have their books edited and published or the use of editing the book using AI. Still, not a bright future reply
