Anyone who says they like matcha is a fucking liar. I just tried it, I got it from starbucks 'cause I wanted to see it if it was good. Plot twist, it wasn't. I literally felt so betrayed bc all I see on tiktok is matcha this, matcha that, and performative contests where matcha and feminist literature books are a must have if you even wanna be top 10.
But oh. My. God. It tastes worse than dog shit. It tastes like grass blended with everything wrong with this world. If you have ever wanted to try it, and haven't, DO NOT even give it a chance. It's a waste of money. I wish I was the person I was 5 minutes ago, before I even got a sip of it.
Also, why are popular food on tiktok even popular? First, I tried buldalk ramen. It sucked, I'll stick with my maruchan ramen. Then, I tried Dave's hot chicken. Way too much seasoning, and it tasted weird. Now, it's this. I'm never trusting tiktok again bru

Yeah matcha is overrated man. I see these BL characters drink matcha latte all the time lol so i ordered one. Never getting it again, it's just such a mild unexciting flavour. I like avocado so it's not like I mind the grass flavor but matcha doesn't do anything for me. Although matcha flavoured mochi wasn't that bad. Bland but okay I guess because...... 1 reply

You not liking it doesn't mean that it's not entirely good and that some people were lying. We all just got diff taste, some might agree with u and some might not.
I've tried matcha on diff stores, some were good, some were not.

Starbucks matcha sucks, go to a tea house and order a good matcha. It doesn’t taste like grass, you need good quality matcha that is brewed by people who know what they’re doing. reply
