college friends + social anxiety
literally how the fuck do you make friends in college with social anxiety.. i don't mean just generally but IN MY CLASSES. i want to make friends IN my classes...but i get very very anxious in class and freeze and go quiet. any advice?
Apologies cause this might be long haha... Coming from my own personal experience. I'm in uni and when I was in my 1st year, I didn't know anybody. I quickly made friends with a group of girls since our degree is mostly men and we wanted to stick around each other but it only lasted a year.
