Tbh u gotta be hella strategic. Starting from day one, make sure throughout the first week ur outfit, backpack, pen cases, any/all of ur items show ur personality and interests. I always wear concert merch and add stickers to my stuff. This will attract ppl that you’d probably get along with, and hopefully they make a comment abt ur stuff. And bo...... reply

Genuinely cannot figure out how to lower my cortisol levels. I don’t even really feel that stressed but apparently my body is showing signs of high cortisol so. I don’t drink a lot of caffeine and I feel like I eat healthyish? So what am I missing
