college friends + social anxiety
literally how the fuck do you make friends in college with social anxiety.. i don't mean just generally but IN MY CLASSES. i want to make friends IN my classes...but i get very very anxious in class and freeze and go quiet. any advice?
Tbh u gotta be hella strategic. Starting from day one, make sure throughout the first week ur outfit, backpack, pen cases, any/all of ur items show ur personality and interests. I always wear concert merch and add stickers to my stuff. This will attract ppl that you’d probably get along with, and hopefully they make a comment abt ur stuff. And bo...... reply
