There is a massage I've seen where you massage your stomach following the path of your large intestine. It's like you're literally shifting the poop out through massage. You have to follow your intestine down towards your belly. Make sure you're going in the right direction!! 2 reply

Hey diva I got you. For food eat kiwi, plum (can be dried too), dragonfruit, coffee, digestive tea, fiber supplements, and magnesium. Other things that help are movement, exercise, or massaging the stomach area to stimulate bowel movements! Keep drinking water first thing in the morning, and try to drink 2 liters/ 8 cups of water a day MINIMUM. reply
- Get the japanese laxatives (the pink one).
- Try to take it at least 8hrs prior any appointments so u can have time to sht. Best time is before bed (2pills/each time) then u can let it all out next morning.
