Should heterosexual people read/write homosexual pornography?

As a lesbian woman I think heterosexual people shouldn't write homosexual pornography (including yaoi/yuri). I see it as a form of cultural appropriation and disrespectful fetishization of homosexual individuals. I think that homosexuality should definitely be portrayed and consumed by heterosexual people in other forms of media, such as non-sexual comics, television, movies, etc. as long as it's respectful.
However, I recognize that this is an issue that concerns both heterosexual and homosexual individuals so I would love to hear the opinions of other homosexuals and heterosexuals.
p.s When I say homosexuals I also include bisexuals and pansexuals, since I think they can have authentic homosexual experiences. I would also love to hear some opinions from bi/pan folks since they have a unique perspective on the matter.
I personally think that anyone should be able to write whatever they want i'm for self expression in any way as long as its not hateful towards any group i get how you as a lesbian woman would want lgbt stories to be told by people who actually have lived the same things as you have and therefore have realistic experiences but in my head that sort ...... reply
