what do you guys do when you’re sad and idk you just stop doing skincare or even shower. how do you get back on tracks ?
i like to get a good sleep clean my room before doing an everything shower AND changing my sheets. then eat the best meal ever, like imagine cheesy noodles with meat, youtube on watching a vlog in ur new clean sheets.
Cleaning and an everything shower is SO real. I fall into these depressive episodes every so often, and every time I do, I feel like it's the end yk? But every single time, I pull through.
Sometimes, I just have to wait it out. Literally weeks of sleeping off the stress, starving myself until I can't go w/o food anymore, and crying it all out. Whe...... 1 reply
